Amanda Osuna is a Doctoral Student in the School of Criminal Justice. Amanda obtained her Bachelors in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2015 and her Masters in Criminology from Florida Atlantic University in 2018. As a Venezuelan native, issues that affect minority and immigrant communities have always interested her. Her current research focuses on sexual assault and how it can be prevented in both juveniles and on college campuses. She looks at bystander intervention programs and how sexual assault can be prevented through their implementation.
